Double Running® was created by running visionary and Runner's World magazine founder Bob Anderson. This new sport and new challenge with its strategic endurance twist is unique to the running world. The title event is the Double Road Race 15k. It's a 10k followed by a 5k with a break in between featuring the Recovery Zone. Other distances include the Half-Marathon Double 13.1M (10M+5k), Double 8K (5k+3k), Double 5k (3k+2k), Kids Double 1.5m (1m+1/2m), Sprint Double 1.5m (1m+1/2m) and the Double Hike. Thanks so much for bringing this challenging race to Pacific Grove. It was my first Double and it was an amazing day. I did my best 10K to date! That alone was amazing. I fizzled in the 5K but I was just so happy to finish both legs. The course is fast and absolutely breath taking. It was unusually warm for our area which I am sure played a role for me. I thought your recovery zone was well stocked and had a little of everything. Thanks again for a great event & I hope you come back.
