Double Running® was created by running visionary and Runner's World magazine founder Bob Anderson. This new sport and new challenge with its strategic endurance twist is unique to the running world. The title event is the Double Road Race 15k. It's a 10k followed by a 5k with a break in between featuring the Recovery Zone. Other distances include the Half-Marathon Double 13.1M (10M+5k), Double 8K (5k+3k), Double 5k (3k+2k), Kids Double 1.5m (1m+1/2m), Sprint Double 1.5m (1m+1/2m) and the Double Hike. This was a Fantastic Race. Thank you for doing it. I loved the scenery. Will do it again. I was wondering... This is just a suggestion but do you think at the next race, San Jose, you could mark each mile with balloons, so that racers have a target in sight and know where each mile is? The balloons can then be given to the children after the race. Otherwise, everything was perfect - music, food, volunteers and staff.
